Creating and implementing a five-day incentive for privileged employees. Alongside the supporting programme, the extraordinary concept included the logistics of transport to and from the venue, and accommodation.
Individual elements of the supporting programme were aimed at motivating the best salespeople. That was achieved. Along with the implementation of this incentive, a corporate identity and branding for the company was created and other tasks fulfilled. These were put into practice as an accompaniment to the event, particularly at the gala evening during the prize-giving.
